Will it work on my device?+
Yes! LumIPTV is compatible with almost all devices including Smart TVs (Samsung, LG, Android TV), Amazon Firestick, Apple TV, Android/iOS smartphones, MAG boxes, Enigma, and Windows/Mac computers.
How do I renew my subscription?+
We do not automatically charge your card. We believe in transparent, contract-free billing. When your subscription is nearing expiration, we will send you a reminder via email or WhatsApp. You can then choose to renew manually.
Is there a money-back guarantee?+
Absolutely. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans. If you are not completely satisfied with the channel quality or service, we will refund your payment in full.
Technical & Setup
Is there any buffering or freezing?+
We use high-bandwidth, global servers with Anti-Freeze Technology to ensure maximum uptime (99.9%). Buffering is extremely rare. If you experience buffering, it is usually due to local internet fluctuations or ISP throttling. We recommend a minimum internet speed of 15 Mbps for HD and 30 Mbps for 4K streaming.
Do I need a VPN to use your service?+
No, a VPN is not strictly required. Our servers are highly encrypted and secure. However, if your internet service provider (ISP) routinely throttles IPTV traffic or blocks certain ports, using a VPN can improve your streaming experience.
Can I use my subscription on multiple devices?+
By default, the 1-month and 6-month plans allow 1 simultaneous connection. If you need to watch on multiple devices at the exact same time, you can purchase our 12-month plan (which includes 2 connections) or contact support to add additional connections to your account.
What if I need technical support?+
